Rosemarie Stilwell Sherrill

Rosemarie Stilwell Sherrill, age 69, of Lincolnton, died on Saturday, April 24, 2021.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 1, 2021, at Boger City Baptist Church with Pastor Bill Bigham and Jose Solis officiating. Burial will take place at 3:30 p.m. in the Brookford Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:45 until 1:45 p.m. at the church.
Rosemarie was born July 25, 1951, in Catawba County, to the late J.C. Stilwell and Edna Anderson Stilwell Huffman. She worked for the Employment Security Commission.
She is survived by two sons, Carl Stilwell of Lincolnton, and Shane Street of Hickory; daughter, Kathy Solis of Conover; brother, Don Stilwell of Hickory; sister, Teresa Higdon (Sam) of Connelly Springs; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two daughter-in-loves, Kim Hatchett and Diane Street.
If you had known her before all this, you did know a kind, good spirited, fun-loving, and God-loving woman. In knowing her, to love her, just came natural. To just meet her once, you were made to feel as if you had known each other always. Truly one of God’s newest angels.
Memorials may be made to the Lincoln County Child Advocacy Center, 161 Policarp Street, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
