Nelda Hamrick Huss

Nelda Hamrick Huss, age 88 passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 at the Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center. She was formerly of Heavner Road in Lincolnton.
Mrs. Huss was born March 26, 1933 in Fairfield County, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Clara Lucas Allen. She was preceded in death by her husband James B. Huss and great- grandson Allen Mark Stephens. Nelda was a homemaker.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Gaston Memorial Park. Rev. Jack Justice will officiate. Mrs. Huss will lie in state from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at Warlick Funeral Home for those who wish to drop in to pay their respects.
Survivors include: son, Michael Hamrick of Anderson, SC; daughters, Donna Towery of Kings Mountain, Sharon Hamrick of Lincolnton and Amanda Branch of Kings Mountain; granddaughter, Julie Stephens; three great grandchildren; sister Shirley Levy of Winnsboro, SC.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center in care of Activities, 1410 Gaston Street, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
