Anthony Cannarsa

Anthony “Tony” Cannarsa, age 81, of Home Trail in Lincolnton, died on Monday, May 31, 2021.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 3, 2021, in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Dr. Robert Wise officiating. The guest register will be available from 8:30 until 10:00 a.m. at Warlick Funeral Home.
Anthony was born November 12, 1939, in Hudson, New Jersey, to the late Joseph and Henrietta Musacchio Cannarsa. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two brothers, Henry and Louis Cannarsa; and two sisters, Tina Cannarsa and Elvira Cannarsa. Mr. Cannarsa served in the United States Army and, upon returning home, worked as a machinist. Anthony was an avid guitar player and teacher.
He is survived by a son Glenn Von Seidelmann (Kamrita) of New Jersey; daughter, Jennifer Libero (Vincent) of New Jersey; sister, Anna Marie Zarzecki (Tom); sister-in-law, Carolyn Cannarsa of Lincolnton; grandchildren, Amanda Libero, Eric Libero, Ty Von Seidelmann, Kyle Von Seidelmann; cousins, Bobby and Joe “brother” Musacchio, and Rosemarie Abrams.
Memorials may be made to Speak Up for Children, Inc., 2817 E. Highway 27, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
