Glenn Franklin Sigmon

Glenn Franklin Sigmon, age 86, of the Brian Center, and formerly of Old Lake Road in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, June 24, 2021.
A graveside service with military rites will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 3, 2021, in the cemetery of Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Ingle officiating.
Glenn was born May 21, 1935, in Lincoln County, to the late Rannie and Estelle Sigmon. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Betty Hord, and brother-in-law, Jerry Garrison. He served in the United States Air Force, then later worked in furniture manufacturing for Bassett.
He is survived by two sisters, Naomi Chapman (Donald) and Imogene Garrison; brother-in-law, Bobby Hord; and a number of nieces and nephews.
