Mary Louise Sisk Steffey

Mary Louise Sisk Steffey, age 69, of Hovis Road in Stanley, died on Thursday, June 24, 2021.
Her funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Melvin Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 12:45 pm prior to the service.
Mrs. Steffey was born June 10, 1952, in Catawba County, to the late Dwight Edmond Sisk and Sona Mae Smith Sisk. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold Steffey; son, Chris Rose; two brothers; and two sisters. Mary worked in textiles.
She is survived by sons, Darrel Rose (Angela) of Kings Mountain, and Timothy Brian Rose of Lincolnton; sisters, Starlene Jackson (Steve) of Stanley, Silvia Bradshaw of Sunset Beach, NC, and Judy Johnson (Johnny) of Iron Station; brothers, Eugene “Hot Shot” Sisk (Violet) of Charlotte, and Brett Sisk (Kim) of Cherryville; twelve grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
