Betty Webb Story

Betty Webb Story, age 83, of the Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center in Lincolnton passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Hollybrook Cemetery. Her body will lie in state on Tuesday from 9:00 until 4:00 at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mrs. Story was born August 29, 1937 in Rutherford County to the late Merland and Carey Webb. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Charles Story. She was retired from textiles.
Survivors include three sons, Tony Story and wife Teresa of Shelby, Merland Story and wife Mary of Lincolnton, Randy Story of Lincolnton; two daughters, Barbara Burns and husband Robert of Hickory, Karen Smith of Glen Alpine; one sister, Judy Dobbins of Forest City; thirteen grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
