Thomas Wallace Weeks

Thomas Wallace Weeks, age 89, of 1935 Hidden Valley Avenue in Lincolnton, NC, died on Tuesday, July 6, 2021.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 10, 2021, in the Asbury United Methodist Church cemetery with Rev. Harley Scalf and Pastor Cindy Jordan officiating.
Mr. Weeks was born November 3, 1931, in Weldon, North Carolina, to the late William Howell Weeks and Emily “Lucille” Wallace Weeks. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. He was an ordained United Methodist minister serving for 39 years.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Wayt Weeks of the home; daughters, Linda W. Sutton (Teddy) of Columbia, SC, Julie W. Blakeley (Rick) of Lincolnton, Laura W. Jones (Rusty) of Valdosta, GA, Karen W. Sams (Dennis) of Leicester, NC, and Mary W. Payne (Doug) of Charlotte, NC; sister, Catherine Weeks Pope (Wade) of Castle Hayne, NC; eleven grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
