Sarah Katherine Kiser Brackett
( August 16, 1931 - September 16, 2021 )
Sarah Katherine Kiser Brackett, age 90, of Village Road in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, September 16, 2021.
Her funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 19, 2021, at Laboratory United Methodist Church with Pastor Charlene Hutchins and Pastor Amy Lambert officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 2:45 p.m. on Sunday prior to the service at the church. Masks are required to be worn for all that attend.
Mrs. Brackett was born August 16, 1931, in Lincoln County, to the late Mike and Katie Hoover Kiser. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul Brackett; four brothers, Joe Kiser, Jim Kiser, Bill Kiser, and Richard Kiser; and sister, Mable Quickel. She was a cafeteria worker for public schools.
She is survived by two daughters, Paula Stiles (Alan) of Crouse, and Lynne Nolen (Keith) of Lincolnton; and two grandchildren, Grayson Nolen and Katie Nolen.
