Mary Kuhn Stanfill

Mary Kuhn Stanfill, age 82, of Stanley, passed away on Monday, November 22, 2021.
Her funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, November 26, 2021, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Father Carmen Malacari officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:30 until 11:15 a.m. on Friday at Warlick Funeral Home. Masks are required to be worn during all services at the funeral home.
Mrs. Stanfill was born August 2, 1939, in Susquanna, Pennsylvania, to the late Thomas Francis Kuhn and Vivian Grace Spoonhour Kuhn. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by an infant brother, Francis Kuhn; sister, Jimmie Black; and nephew, Tommy Kuhn. She worked for 32 years as a switchboard operator for Southern Bell (AT&T).
She is survived by her husband, Eddie D. Stanfill of the home; daughters, Tracy Lewis (Bill) of Lugoff, SC, and Bobbie Turbyfill (Larry) of Denver; three grandchildren, Alan Lewis, Lewis Turbyfill, and Amy Turbyfill; and nephew, Daniel Kuhn (Becky) of Iron Station.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Lincoln County, PO Box 23, Lincolnton, NC 28093.
