Larry Eugene Walker

Larry Eugene Walker, age 73, of 2510 Burton Estates Lane in Lincolnton, died on Monday, December 13, 2021.
His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at First Wesleyan Church in Bessemer City with Rev. Matt Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Lincolnton, NC. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. in the Family Life Center of First Wesleyan Church.
He is survived by his wife, Colette Turner Walker of the home; son, John Wesley Walker of Stanley; daughter, Krista Walker Dilling (Mark) of Dallas; brother, Arnold Walker of Gastonia; sister, Nancy Walker of Charlotte; three grandchildren, Victoria Dilling, Matthew Dilling, and Jonathan Walker; nephew, Marshall Walker (Lauren) of Charlotte, and their children, Patterson and Hays Walker.
Memorials may be made to First Wesleyan Church Building Fund, 510 E. Alabama Avenue, Bessemer City, NC 28016.

Larry was born December 17, 1947, in Burke County, to the late J.P. Walker and Ethel Fortenberry Walker. He was a salesman of custom home building supplies.
