Joyce Abernathy Dellinger, age 82, of Highway 150 West in Lincolnton died on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at Peak Resources in Shelby.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 28, 2022, in Hollybrook Cemetery.
She was born July 13, 1939, in Lincoln County, to the late Hugh Abernathy and Pauline Haynes Abernathy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, Julius Loyd Dellinger; son, Teddy Dellinger; and brother, Lum Abernathy. She was a homemaker.
