Obituaries

William Charles Reinhardt, age 84, of Coffeytown Road in Lincolnton, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022.  He was born November 03, 1937, in Catawba County, North Carolina, a son of the late William A. Reinhardt and Bonnie Bolick Reinhardt.  He was retired from Burlington Industries.

Mr. Reinhardt is survived by his wife, Brenda Kay Reinhardt of the home; two sons, Norman A. “Andy”  Reinhardt and wife, Pat, of Monroe, and Aaron J. Reinhardt and wife, Lisa, of Kannapolis; four step-daughters, April J. Hamrick and husband, Raymond, of Lincolnton, Amanda J. Dixon and husband, Ronnie, of Lincolnton, Carla Kale and husband, Travis, of Lincolnton and Edith Bost of Lincolnton; two brothers, Ronald P. Reinhardt and wife, Edith, of Lincolnton, and Donald P. Reinhardt of  Lincolnton; one sister, Mary “Hoppi” Bingham of Lincolnton;  fifteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Reinhardt was preceded in death by his son, Charles R. Reinhardt, and his sister, Betty Jean Arrowood.  

A funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 26, 2022, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jerry Goodman officiating.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:15 p.m. prior to the service at Warlick Funeral Home.
