Stanley Frank LaBauch, III, age 80, of Hoffman Road in Lincolnton, loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2022.
His funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2022, at Long Shoals Baptist Church with Rev. Wesley Ingle officiating. Burial will follow in the Pisgah United Methodist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 2:45 p.m. on Saturday at the church.
Mr. LaBauch was born December 20, 1941, in Columbia, South Carolina, to the late Stanley Frank LaBauch, Jr. and Matta Leigh Shulmeyer LaBauch. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Tillie Jo LaBauch King. He was a security system manager for ADT in Florida and a successful entrepreneur in Lincolnton, NC. He was an avid outdoorsman and wildlife enthusiast.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years of marriage, Phyllis Hoffman LaBauch of the home; daughters, Tammy Tietjen of FL, and Tracy LaBauch of MO; sons, Stanley Frank LaBauch, IV of Lincolnton, and Phillip Tyler LaBauch of Charlotte; two grandchildren, Morgan Tietjen and Brooke LaBauch; and two nieces, Marsha Richardson and Paula King, both of South Carolina.
Memorials may be made to Long Shoals Baptist Church, 2988 Long Shoals Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
