James Lawrence “Sam” Wyatt, age 76, of E. Highway 150 in Denver, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2022.
“Sam” was born October 12, 1945, in Watauga County, to the late Lawrence and Gladys Norris Wyatt. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Diane Miller. He was a self-employed salesman.
He is survived by Virginia Rose Wyatt of the home; sons, Tony Wyatt of Kannapolis and Evan Wyatt of Gastonia; stepsons, Fred Broome of Missouri, Max Broome of Greensboro, and Brian Clay of Mt. Pleasant; daughters, Samantha Wyatt of Shelby, Danielle Wyatt of Bessemer City, and Angie Wyatt of Raleigh; brother, Paul Wyatt of Troutdale, VA; ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services will be held at a later date.
