Mary Ann Prince Herman, age 80, of Springs East Road, Lincolnton passed away at Carolina Caring of Newton on June 5, 2022.

Mrs. Herman was born on October 4, 1941 and was the daughter of the late Colonel Griffin Prince and Marie Elizabeth Helton Prince. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Everett Hillary Herman, her daughter, Dolores Ann Beal and numerous siblings. She retired from Carolina Hosiery.
Mrs. Herman is survived by her two sons, Paul Pruitt of Sawmills and Albert Antonia Pruitt and wife, Patricia of Iron Station; her daughter, Ranae Pruitt Rink and husband, Jeffrey of Lincolnton; her brother, Evan Prince and wife, Vickie of Newton; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
