John "Mason" Caudle

John “Mason” Caudle, age 31, of Arney Street in Lincolnton, went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday, July 13, 2022.
His funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at Gloryland Baptist Church, 3925 King Wilkinson Rd, Lincolnton, NC 28092, with Pastor Mark Witherspoon officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Gardens with Masonic rites. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 18, 2022, at Gloryland Baptist Church.
Mason was born December 12, 1990, in Gaston County, to John Mark Caudle and Tina Floyd Skidmore. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Donald Floyd; and paternal grandparents, David and Evelyn Caudle. He worked as a distribution agent for American Airlines. Mason was a member of the Masonic Lodge Southfork #462.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Caulfield Caudle of the home; his father, John Caudle (Pam) of Lincolnton; mother, Tina F. Skidmore (Terry) of Mt. Holly; brother, Justin Caudle (Christina) of Lincolnton; stepbrother, Houston Skidmore of Sherrills Ford; stepsister, Allison Skidmore of Georgetown, SC; nephew, Lane Reid Caudle; maternal grandmother, Evelyn Floyd of Mt. Holly; mother-in-law, Kitty Caulfield of Meeker, CO; and furbabies, Yarnell and Biddy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mason’s memory to the Oxford Home for Children, 600 College Street, Oxford, NC 27565.
