Kenneth Allen Stevens, Sr.

Kenneth Allen Stevens, Sr., age 76, of McRee Road in Lincolnton, died on Monday, August 1, 2022.
His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at Calvary Baptist Church of Lincolnton with Brother Bud Jernigan and Rev. Bruce Brooks officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Mr. Stevens was born January 16, 1946, in Lincoln County, to the late Clyde Bennett Stevens and Ruth Parker Stevens McGinnis. He served in the United States Army and would later own and operate Stevens Motors. He dedicated his time and service to Calvary Baptist Church and his family and his grandchildren were the joy of his life.
He is survived by his wife, Ellen Norene Wilson Stevens of the home; daughter, Candy Stevens of Lincolnton; son, Kenny Stevens (Darla) of Lincolnton; brothers, Benny Stevens of Easton, PA, Randall Stevens (Mickie) of Lincolnton, and Michael Stevens (Angie) of Huger, SC; sister, Jill Eaddy (Marty) of Lincolnton; grandchildren, Jordan Baker (Madison) of Lincolnton, Kenneth Michael Stevens of Austin, TX, Katie Stevens of Lincolnton, and Kyle Burgin of Lincolnton; and two great-grandchildren, Colton Baker and Kaiden Baker.
Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 493 Calvary Church Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
