Grace Dubose Rippy

Grace Dubose Rippy, age 85 of Tampa, Florida, and formerly of Maiden, NC, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 29, 2022, at Gloryland Baptist Church, Lincolnton, NC, with Rev. Macon Ballard and Rev. Michael Ballard officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
Grace was born January 11, 1937, in Charlotte, to the late Franklin Yule Dubose and Lillian Rogers Dubose. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Gene Rippy; and daughter, Marie Rippy Sailers.
She is survived by a daughter, Cathy Gaston, and husband Rev. Rick Gaston, of FL; son, Tony Rippy, and wife Grace, of Denver; son-in-law, Ron Sailers of Huntersville; nine grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
