William Stewart Bruce

Mr. William Stewart Bruce, age 88, of Lincolnton, died on Friday, August 26, 2022.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at Denver United Methodist Church with Rev. Steve Autrey officiating.
Mr. Bruce was born on September 2, 1933in Astoria, NY to the late Charles and Mary Craig Bruce. In addition to his parents he was preceded by a son, Charles Bruce and one brother, Robert “Bob” Bruce. Mr. Bruce was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a real estate appraiser.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Smith Bruce of the home; two sons, Ian Scott Bruce and wife Meredith of GA, Gregg Robert Gallozzi and wife Joleta of Greece; two daughters, Robyn Carole Bravico of NY, Lauren Aiello and husband Bobby of NY; thirteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
