Shirley Pauline Adams Reep

Shirley Pauline Adams Reep, age 84, of Lucy Drive in Lincolnton, died on Tuesday, October 4, 2022.
Her funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at Long Shoals Wesleyan Church with Rev. Jon Mann and Rev. Ron Haithcock officiating. Burial will follow in the Pisgah United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 2:45 p.m. on Saturday at the church.
Mrs. Reep was born March 6, 1938, in Fannin County, Georgia, to the late Zola Adams Reece. She was a homemaker and as the children got older, she had a variety of jobs most related to care giving in addition to participating in mission trips around the world.
She is survived by her husband, Clarence Hughes Reep, Jr. of the home; three sons, Kenneth Reep (Regina) of Hickory, Eddie Reep (Lori) of Lincolnton, and Eric Reep (Charity) of Gastonia; two daughters, Vicky Goins of Sherrills Ford, and Alyece Ballard (Jerry) of Lincolnton; brother, Norris Reece of Lincolnton; three sisters, Sue Brown of Morganton, Mary Smith of Illinois, and Kathy Shepard (James) of Macon, GA; eight grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Long Shoals Wesleyan Church, 3032 Wesleyan Church Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
