Peggy Ann Holdsclaw Lutz

Peggy Ann Holdsclaw Lutz, age 82 of Terrell, passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023.
Her funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at Rehobeth United Methodist Church with Rev. Michael Rich and Rev. Derek Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 3:45 p.m. on Thursday at the church.
Mrs. Lutz was born March 26, 1940, in Catawba County, to the late Doyle and Annie Clyde Blackwelder Holdsclaw. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald R. “Duck” Lutz and brother, Clinton Holdsclaw of Mooresville. She worked as an HR manager for Duke Energy.
She is survived by her son, Jerod Lutz (Autumn) of Iron Station; daughter, Tanya Frye (Dennis) of Terrell; brother, Billy Holdsclaw (Betty) of Terrell; sister, Dorothy “Dot” Parker of Terrell; and six grandchildren, Sawyer Frye, Coleman Frye, Madilyn Painter, Darla Lutz, Westin Lutz, and Aikman Lutz.
