Daniel Howard “Danny” Harper, 69, of Iron Station, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 11, 2023, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rick Landers officiating.
Danny was born December 17, 1953, in Mecklenburg County, to the late Ronald Lee Harper and Katherine Hodges Harper. He served in the United States Marines.
He is survived by two sons, Joshua Nathaniel Harper (Michelle) of Lincolnton, and Daniel Jason Harper of Charlotte; brothers, R. James Harper (Heather) of Tega Cay, SC, and Christopher W. Harper of Charlotte; sisters, Margaret H. Kluttz (Hal) of Iron Station, and Georgia K. Harper of Chester, SC; three grandchildren, Christian, Mykela, and Caroline Harper; and very special friend, Lynn Austraw Harper.
