Polly Lynette Dellinger Greer

Polly Lynette Dellinger Greer, age 75, of Walker Branch Road in Lincolnton, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
Her funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, March 13, 2023, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Dellinger officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mrs. Greer was born February 13, 1948, in Lincoln County, to the late Ernest and Pauline McMurry Dellinger. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Brian Greer; and a sister, Joann Whitesides. She was the former owner/operator of City Lunch.
She is survived by her daughter, Angie Andrade (Ron) of Lincolnton; granddaughters, Brittany Greer (fiancé, Tyler Schultz) of Lincolnton, and Ashlin Grantt (Zach) of Archdale, NC; two great-grandchildren, Cooper and Espen Cook; brother-in-law, Elliott Whitesides of Florida; former daughter-in-law, Lorna Mullinax of Granite Falls; niece Laverne Cash of Florida; nephew, Jeff Whitesides of Nevada; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; and two special friends, Pat Reep of Lincolnton, and Franklin Finger of Lincolnton.
