Donna Kay Wise

Donna Kay Dellinger Wise, age 77, of Lincolnton, passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023.
Her funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Troy Howard officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:45 p.m. on Thursday at the church.
Kay was born May 15, 1945, Gaston County, to the late Thomas Eli Dellinger and Geraldine Baker Dellinger. She was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, graduated from Lincolnton High School, and Kings College.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Wise of the home; daughter, Kellie Goins (Matt) of Lincolnton; son, Matt Wise of Lincolnton; three brothers, Tommy Dellinger of Denver, Dennis “Monk” Dellinger of Vale, and Curtis “Dobie” Dellinger of Gastonia; sister, Paulette Sain of Vale; three grandchildren, Eli Goins, Larsyn Wise, and Anderson Wise; and numerous nieces and nephews.
