Martha Jean Land Weaver

Martha Jean Land Weaver, age 81, of Love Memorial School Road in Lincolnton, died on Saturday, March 25, 2023.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at South River Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Chapman officiating. The body will lie in state for one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends following the graveside service.
Mrs. Weaver was born May 1, 1941, in Lincoln County, to the late Theodore Henry Land and Flossie Inez Mosteller Land Smith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Eddie Lee Land, and a sister, Doris Joan Land Dalton.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Weaver of the home; daughters, Rhonda Weaver Mays and Ginger Gail Weaver; siblings, Glenda Robinson, Jimmy Ray Land, Betty Jo Warlitner, Billy Charles Land, Annette Hartman, and Roger Dale Land; grandchildren, Aaron Gregory Mays and Kynlon Keener Wade; and great-grandchildren, Hayden Aaron Mays, Kori Gregory-Dean Mays, and Crew Willard Wade.
Memorials may be made to South River Baptist Church, 2036 Southside Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
