Doris Anne Turner, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, age 80, of Antique Road in Lincolnton, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 17, 2023.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 21, 2023, at New Vision Ministries, 661 Clark Creek Road, Lincolnton, NC.
Doris was born December 19, 1942, in Lincoln County, to the late Dorothy Mae Eurey Dement.
Survivors include her husband, Dwight E. Turner of the home; son, Ed Turner of Oak Brook, IL; daughter, Shay Turner Campbell (Michael) of Denver; brother, Michael Dale Eurey (Amy) of Iron Station; sister, Vicki E. Hovis of Lincolnton; four grandchildren, Carly Blevins (Clint), James, Caleb, and Caroline Turner; and one great-grandson, Mason Blevins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Hesed House of Hope, 100 Ann Gaither Court, Lincolnton, NC 28092, or to Samaritans Purse, Operation Christmas Child, PO Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607.
