Nyoka "Sue" King Pulley

Nyoka “Sue” King Pulley, age 79, of Wingate Hill Road, Denver, NC passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2023.
Her memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, June 30, 2023 at Gateway Baptist Church, 3105 Sandy Ford Road, Newton, NC with Pastor Jerome Walker officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Mrs. Pulley was born on February 10, 1944 and was the daughter of the late Samuel Pinkney King and Dessie Mae Herron King. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Ray King and her sister, Hilda Gantt. Mrs. Pulley retired as a restaurant manager .
She is survived by one son, Scott Pulley (Jaye) of South Hill, VA; two daughters, Tracey O’Neal (Sanford) of Hickory and Donna Lynn Hunt of Denver, NC; three sisters, Loletta Church of Troutman, Marie Hager of Denver, NC and Dolly Karriker of China Grove; five grandchildren, Misty , Brittney, Robert, Hunter and Taylor; and two great-grandchildren, Madison and Abigail.
