Shirley Taylor Herman, age 73, of Highland Bluff Court in Lincolnton, died on Friday, July 7, 2023.
Shirley was born December 7, 1949, in Lincoln County, to the late Mote and Essie Reynolds Taylor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five sisters and one brother. Shirley worked as a supervisor in manufacturing.

She is survived by sons, Bobby Pendleton of Newton, Jackie Herman and Jamie Perkins, both of Lincolnton; sister, Wanda Taylor of Granite Falls; brother, Wayne Taylor of Charlotte; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at a later date.
