Kimberly Michele Ormand Hopper, age 55, of Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, October 25, 2023.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at Risen Church with Rev. Justin Houser officiating. The family will greet friends following the service.
Kim was born October 22, 1968, in Mecklenburg County, to Leona Carpenter Ormand and the late Michael Lee Ormand. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Billy Russell Hopper, Sr. She worked at Atrium Health Lincoln for 25 years.
She is survived by her husband, Billy Russell Hopper, Jr. of the home; daughter, Kaitlyn Marie Pendleton of Lincolnton; two sons, Gerald Michael Pendleton and Noah Anthony Pendleton, both of Lincolnton; two brothers, Kenny Michael Ormand (Lynn) of Lincolnton, and Jeffery Scott Ormand of Marion; mother, Leona Carpenter Ormand of Lincolnton; mother-in-law, Barbara Leatherman Hopper of Vale, furbaby, Pumpkin; and brother-in-law, Willard Nathan Haynes.
