Brian Paul Chapman, age 32, of Park Road in Sunset Beach, passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2023.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 18, 2023, in the Marvin United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Mike Devine officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 17, 2023, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Brian was born May 1, 1991, in Catawba County, to Van Chapman, Jr. and Paula Self Chapman. He worked as a heavy equipment mechanic and operator with LM McLamb & Son Construction Co., Inc., as well as Diamond K Hauling, Inc.
He is survived by his parents, Van and Paula Chapman of Sunset Beach, NC; son, Braydon Chapman of Concord; sister, Anna Chapman of Newton; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
