Stephanie Lee White

Stephanie Lee White was born September 24, 1987 in Charlotte, North Carolina. She passed away peacefully at her home, February 19, 2024, in Denver, North Carolina. Stephanie, 36, was well loved by many with an engaging smile and laugh that would light up a room. She attended the University of Georgia where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in History in 2009. She later received a master’s degree in Education from the University of North Carolina Charlotte in 2013.
She loved singing and karaoke, musical theatre and painting. Throughout her life, she was full of love and energy, a great student that excelled at all subjects and was involved in many extracurricular activities, where she met and kept valuable lifelong friendships. She cared deeply for her family and friends and built a community of people that would surround her at any moment.
Stephanie is survived by her parents, Carla and Hal White, her sister Samantha Kelley and husband David Kelley, her uncle Theadore Merihew, her sister-in-law Ashley Murray, her other parents Jeff and Rachelle Roberts and their daughter Morgan, her two cats Zoey and Xander, and countless close friends.
A celebration of Stephanie’s life will be held at her home on Saturday, February 24, at 4:00 p.m. The family will receive friends Sunday, February 25, at Warlick Funeral Home in Lincolnton from 2:00 until 3:45 p.m., with a funeral service to follow at 4:00 p.m. in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel.
