Ronnie Morris Sherrill, age 66, of Caswell Road in Stanley, passed away on Thursday, February 29, 2024.
Mr. Sherrill was born August 2, 1957, in Iredell County, to the late Pansy Sherrill Wilson. In addition to his birth mother, he was preceded in death by his adopted mother, Mamie Frances Dellinger Sherrill. He worked as a switcher for Yellow Freight Lines.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Smith Sherrill of the home; step-sons, William Harrell of Denver, and Tim Harrell of Salisbury; brother, Michael Wade Wilson of Fort Mill, SC; sisters, Michelle Newman of Stanley, and Sunny Walls of Mt. Holly.
No services are planned at the present time.
