Scottie Lee Turner, age 48, of Oak Grove Church Road in Lincolnton, passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2024.
A service to celebrate Scottie’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Zak Franklin officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:45 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service.
Scottie was born January 31, 1976, in Gaston County, to Carolyn Powell Hefner and the late Ricky Lee Turner. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a son, Austin Lee Turner. He worked in construction.
He is survived by a son, Zakari Turner of Lincolnton; step-daughter, Macy Walker of Rocky Mount, NC; mother, Carolyn Hefner (Duane) of Lincolnton; brother, Jeff Turner (Sharon) of Lincolnton; and sister, Misty Pearson (Justin) of Lincolnton.
Memorials may be made to Revival Tabernacle, PO Box 955, Lincolnton, NC 28093.
