Peggy Elaine Ingle Reel
( October 14, 1941 - November 3, 2024 )
Peggy Elaine Ingle Reel, age 83, of Beth Haven Church Road, Denver passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at her home.
Her funeral will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at Friendly Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Darrin Stroud and Rev. Casey Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. on Thursday prior to the service at the church.
Mrs. Reel was born on October 14, 1941 and was the daughter of the late Louis W. and Nell Engle Ingle. She was also preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy Neal Reel. Mrs. Reel was retired from the textile industry.
She is survived by two sons, Ronnie Reel (Yvonne) of Maiden and Barry Reel (Dana) of Denver, NC; one daughter, Rebecca Howie of Denver, NC; one brother, Bill Ingle (Frances) of Lincolnton; ten grandchildren, Lisa Dellinger, Greg Reel, Dennis Reel, Lacey Roland, Jennifer Minton, Ben Reel, Sidney Howie, Silas Smith, Eli Smith and Summer Reel and seven great-grandchildren, Gabby, Riley, Tucker, Hunter, Layla, Hendrix and Skylar.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to VIA Health Partners, P.O. Box 470408, Charlotte, NC 28247.
