Roy Anthony Pruitt, age 60, of Lingerfelt Road in Vale, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2024.
Tony was born February 24, 1964, in Marlboro County, South Carolina, to Roy Pruitt and the late Linda Hyatt Pruitt. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister, Pamela.
He is survived by his significant other, Laine Taylor of Vale; three children, Derrick Pruitt (Alyssa) of Denver, Amber Spitzer (Doug) of Clover, SC, and Logan Gooden of Beaufort, SC; grandchildren, Graham, Eloise, Franklin, Mason, Sawyer, Nash, and Hayes; his father, Roy Pruitt; and step-mother, Patricia H. Pruitt.
Services will be announced at a later date.
Memorial gifts may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memorial Giving, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
