Frances Rubylee Cline Patterson

Frances Rubylee Cline Patterson, age 75, of Chapel Hill, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 from complications from AML (leukemia).
Frances was born August 31, 1949, in Lincolnton, to the late John Kelly Cline and Rubylee Sharpe Cline. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, John Michael Cline. She worked as a guidance counselor in the Durham Public Schools.
She is survived by her husband, Hal Patterson of the home; brother, Guy E. Cline, III of Sherrills Ford; nieces, Candace Cline, Katherine Cline, and Meredith Cline; and nephew, Brandon Cline.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
