Robert Miles Hudspeth, age 90, of Tin Lane Circle in Lincolnton, North Carolina, passed away Monday, December 23, 2024. Mr. Hudspeth was born January 5, 1934, in Lincoln County, North Carolina, son of the late Wiley Ellis and Eunice Hoffman Hudspeth.
Mr. Hudspeth is survived by his wife, Dorothy King Hudspeth of the home; daughters, Cynthia Blake (William) of Asheville, NC, and Shanda Lawing (Jeff) of Lincolnton, NC; grandchildren, Andrew Blake, Erin Cathey, Adam Blake, Caitlin Aldridge, and Allison Nguyen; great-grandchildren, Avery Cathey, Natalie Cathey, Emilia Blake, Pepper Blake, Gracie Aldridge, and Rylee Aldridge; and sister, JoAnne Alexander of Mount Holly, NC.
A graveside service for Mr. Hudspeth will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 30, 2024, in Pisgah Methodist Church Cemetery, Lincolnton, NC, with Reverend Jon Mann officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. Monday at Warlick Funeral Home prior to the graveside service.
