Joyce Louella Keener

Joyce Louella Keener, age 86, of Lincolnton, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, January 13, 2025, at Redemption Outreach Center with Rev. Jerry Goodman officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:15 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Mrs. Keener was born July 2, 1938, in Lincoln County, to the late Guy and Callie Ledford Rudisill. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Keener; daughters, Elaine Matthews and Debbie Ingle; and siblings, Furman, Bill, Hurley, Roy, Gladys, and Glenda. She worked in the textile industry.
She is survived by two sons, Billy Ingle (Barbara) of Vale, and Alan Keener (Vickie) of Lincolnton; brother, Bobby Rudisill of Morganton; sister, Carolyn Davis of Connelly Springs; six grandchildren, Christopher Ingle, Krystal Baldwin, Jason Ingle, Jonathan Keener, James Lail, and Jennifer Lail; and seven great-grandchildren.
