Glenda Martin Rash

Glenda Martin Rash, age 71, of McRee Road in Lincolnton, North Carolina, passed away Friday, January 24, 2025. Mrs. Rash was born October 3, 1953, in Lincoln County, North Carolina, daughter of the late Kenneth McClellean and Grace Meeks Martin. Glenda was an exceptional registered nurse. She had a long fulfilling career at Lincoln County Hospital before retiring. She took great joy in supporting her grandchildren at all of their sporting events.
Mrs. Rash is survived by her husband of 50 years, Rusty Rash of the home; daughter, Amy Morrison (Chris) of Lincolnton, NC; son, Brent Rash of Lincolnton, NC; grandchildren, Alexis, Skyla, Cooper, and Crew Morrison, and Cole Rash; great-grandchild, Zaylen Hughes; brother, Kenneth Martin (Wendy) of Lincolnton, NC; sister, Wanda Mincey of Lincolnton, NC; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life service for Mrs. Rash will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, January 31, 2025, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Dan Farnsworth officiating. The family will receive friends following the celebration of life service until 6:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Southside Baptist Church, 1725 Southside Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092. Flowers may be sent to Warlick Funeral Home in memory of Glenda.
