Janice Stamey Beal

Janice Stamey Beal, age 91, of Lincolnton, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at First Baptist Church in Lincolnton. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Jan was born January 13, 1934, in Lincoln County, daughter of the late Charles Andrew “Andy” Stamey and Ethel Ramsey Stamey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband and the love of her life, John Franklin Beal; two sons, Mark Beal and Scott Beal; second husband, Ben Sipe; sister, Betty Jo Stamey Keener; two brothers, Jim Stamey and C.A. Stamey; and nephew, Andy Stamey.
She is survived by her husband, Earl Lynch of the home; nieces, Robbie Keener and O’Neal Helms (Sam) of Lincolnton, Susan Bradshaw (Scottie) of Simpsonville, SC, and Vickie Ingle (Calvin) of Lincolnton; nephews, Randy Stamey, Todd Keener, and Bryan Beal (Beverly), all of Lincolnton; caregivers, Amy DuBose and Rebecca Wood; and several great-nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the Polycystic Kidney Foundation, PO Box 871847, Kansas City, MO 64187, or to First Baptist Church, 201 Robin Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
