Roy Alton Heafner

Roy Alton Heafner, age 71, of Lincolnton, passed away on Monday, February 17, 2025.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025, in the Beth Haven Baptist Church cemetery, with Pastor David Mims officiating. The family will greet friends graveside following the service.
Mr. Heafner was born May 18, 1953, in Lincoln County, son of the late Pete and Betty Sue Shuford Heafner. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Carol Schrum Heafner; second wife, Shelley Lovin Heafner; and a son, Alton Lee Heafner. Roy worked as a heavy equipment operator.
He is survived by a daughter, Harmony Elizabeth Heafner; son, Scott Heafner; grandsons, Michael Heafner and Jaddon Heafner; brother-in-law, Ken Lovin; and sister-in-law, Lynne Starnes.
