Kimberly Wells Bohanan

Kimberly Wells Bohanan, age 61, of Wagontree Court in Dallas, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2025
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at Hardin Community Baptist Church with Pastors Justin Driver and Cameron Bryson officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday at the church.
Kimberly was born January 31, 1964, in Gaston County, to Kenneth Wells and the late Diane Friday Willard. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a sister, Dawn Wells; and grandparents, Robert and Lois Friday, and Robert and Virginia Wells. She worked as a Certified Dental Assistant for 40 years.
Kimberly fought a long and courageous battle with Lymphoma. She found Joy in her job and serving her patients at Majestic Dentistry in Gastonia, North Carolina. She loved more than anything to serve others and spend time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Tim Bohanan of the home; daughter, Kinsey Wallace (Alex) of Lincolnton; son, Austin McClure of Dallas; brother, David Willard (Angela) of Vale; sister, Renee Mullis (Danny) of Dallas; two grandchildren, Adleigh Wallace and Emery Wallace; and brother-in-law, David Alan Bohanan of Dallas.
Memorial donations may be made to Novant Health Cancer Institute, 125 Queens Road, Suite 600, Charlotte, NC 28204.
