Shirley Faye Helms Bryant, age 74 of the Gastonia Highway in Lincolnton passed away Saturday, March 8, 2025.
Mrs. Bryant was born March 31, 1950 in Gaston County. She is the daughter of the late Otis Albert Helms and Mae Smith Helms. She worked in textiles.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Dan Farnsworth officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:45 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Burial will follow in Reepsville Baptist Church Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Steve Bryant of the home; daughter, Cathey Turner and husband John of Westminister, SC; son, Carl Howard Jr. of Lincolnton, NC; eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
