Patricia Elmore Goins

Patricia Elmore Goins, age 73, of Pine Tree Street in Lincolnton, passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025.
Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 25, 2025, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jerry Goodman officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 10:45 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
Patricia was born January 12, 1952, in Lincoln County, to the late Rex Daniel Elmore and Bertha Lee Davis Elmore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Jane Ross. She was a loving mother who enjoyed spending time with her family and doting on the grandchildren. She loved the Lord and going to gospel singings.
She is survived by her husband, Doug Goins of the home; son, Johnny Goins (Carole Anne) of Lincolnton; two daughters, Linda Norris (Jerry) and Kim Cooke (Rahn), all of Lincolnton; two brothers, Bobby Elmore and Rex Elmore, Jr., both of Lincolnton; two sisters, Brinda Worcester of Granite Falls and Linda Hall (Elliott) of Lincolnton; and three grandchildren, Danielle Ayers (Ryan), Kailey Cooke, and Lawrence Goins Norris.
Memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation of North Carolina, 7413 Six Forks Road, Suite 255, Raleigh, NC 27615.
