Tamatha Hester Neal, age 50, of Lincolnton, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
Tamatha was born December 6, 1974, in Lincoln County, to the late Berlie and Louann Reynolds Hester. She worked for the school system in the cafeteria and as a bus driver.
She is survived by a daughter, Tearsha Hester Smith and husband Cole of Cherryville; son, Jacob Singlegtary of Crouse; sister, Cyndi Fell and husband Henry of Crouse; nieces, Brooklyn Johnson and husband DJ, and Bridget Hester; and nephew, Justin Rojo.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at The Gathering Place, 467 Dover Road, Kings Mountain, North Carolina.
