Joann Jones Leonard

Joann Jones Leonard, age 81, of South Grove Street Extension, Lincolnton, passed away on January 6, 2022.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phil Goins officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 12:45 p.m. prior to the service at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mrs. Leonard was born on April 18, 1941 and was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Onie Bland Jones. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Melanie Woodie and five siblings. She was retired from the textile industry.
Mrs. Leonard is survived by three sons, Jason Houser of Casar, Todd Leonard of Vale and Mark Leonard of Vale; grandchildren, Amy Patterson and family, Keith Woodie and family, Melissa Osorto and family, Shawn Leonard and family, Jonathan Houser and family, Jordan Sain and family, Tyler Leonard and family, Keisha Mantooth and family, Cody Leonard and family and Christopher Randolph and family; long term companion, Danny Walker; four brothers, Larry Jones of Cherryville, Jessie Jones of Lincolnton, Johnny Jones of Lincolnton and Dean Jones of Lincolnton.
